ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE APPROXIMATE UNIT COSTS OF THE CONSTRUCTIONS IN 2007 TO BE USED IN THE CALCULATION OF THE ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE COSTS
ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE APPROXIMATE UNIT COSTS OF THE CONSTRUCTIONS IN 2007 TO BE USED IN THE CALCULATION OF THE ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE COSTS
In accordance with the article 3.2. of the Specifications of Engineering and Architectural Services” which entered into force with the Council of ministers decision 85/9707 of 16.07.1985 the approximate construction unit prices for 2007 that will be used in the calculation of the engineering and architectural service costs are shown below by taking into account the class of th construction which is essential for architectural services and by fixing the general construction expenditures and the contractors’s profit.

Instructions:
1-)The similar structures shall be identified by benefiting from the concerned provisions of the Specifications of Engineering and Architecture by the concerned institutions in comparison with the structures in the groups in question.
2-)For the structures of which the class or rank has been changed or taken out of the announcement, in the Works of which the structure class and group was fixed and launched in line with the announcements prior to 2007, calculation shall be done by taking into account the equivalent cost in 2007 announcement without changing their structure class and group.

1-)The similar structures shall be identified by benefiting from the concerned provisions of the Specifications of Engineering and Architecture by the concerned institutions in comparison with the structures in the groups in question.
